Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. The agreement

By creating an account on AviatorTutor.com ("we", "us", "AviatorTutor") you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

2. The service

AviatorTutor is a self-study platform. We provide aircraft-systems content, question banks, flashcards, and quizzes for personal study. The content is sourced from publicly available aviation training material and supplemented by our editorial team. It is study aid material, not a substitute for an approved training organisation, a Type Rating Examiner, or your operator's official training programme.

3. Purchases and payment

Aircraft modules are sold at $49 USD per aircraft module, per year. Payment is a one-time annual charge processed through Stripe Checkout — it is not a recurring subscription and we never store your card details. Each purchase grants 12 months of access to that module from the date of purchase, including every update we ship to it while your access is active. Renewing extends your access by a further 12 months from your current expiry date or the renewal date, whichever is later — you never lose unused days by renewing early. Activation codes issued by us or our training partners remain a parallel way to unlock access. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases; a price change never shortens access you have already paid for. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Refunds

If AviatorTutor isn't for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 7 days of purchase via the contact page and, provided the module has not been substantially consumed in that period, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunded purchases lose access to the module. Renewal charges are refundable under the same 7-day window, in which case your access simply reverts to its previous expiry date. Outside this window we do not offer pro-rated refunds — but if you genuinely cannot use the platform because of an outage on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable use

  • One account per person.
  • Do not share your account, password, or activation codes.
  • Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content.
  • Do not use the platform to attempt to defraud an examiner — the material is study aid only.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it accurate and current, you accept full responsibility for verifying any information against official aircraft training manuals before using it operationally.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your own account at any time by emailing us through the contact page.

8. Governing law

AviatorTutor is a brand operated by Samic Ventures LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are handled in good faith — please reach out before escalating.
