Built by aviation professionals, for the aviation community.
AviatorTutor is created by a team of working aviation professionals — pilots, cabin crew, safety/SMS trainers, line and simulator instructors, and operational aviation experts — who got tired of fragmented study material. Manuals live on one drive, flashcards live in another app, question banks live elsewhere, and none of them are organised around the way crews actually revise.
Our mission
To make aviation study practical, interactive, memorable, and connected to real operations. We replace passive PDF reading with slide-based lessons, scenario-based question gates, QRH and memory-item reinforcement, and spaced-repetition flashcards — the way professional aviation training actually sticks.
What we cover
- Aircraft systems libraries — type-specific systems study with interactive slide-based lessons, flashcards, quizzes, and QRH cross-references. Currently expanding fleet coverage; new aircraft modules launch regularly.
- Aviation subject packs — ICAO-aligned modules covering weather & meteorology, SOPs, performance & weight & balance, CRM & human factors, SMS (ICAO Annex 19), dangerous goods awareness, air law, navigation (RNAV/RNP/PBN), communications and phraseology, operations control, cabin safety, and emergency procedures.
- QRH & memory items — structured drills that connect every system concept to its operational counterpart in the QRH, with memory hooks, recognition cues, and crew-action prompts.
- Airline interview prep — tech, HR, and sim-profile prep for 20+ major carriers.
Who it's for
- Pilots — type-rating candidates, line crews on recurrent or transition study, and student pilots preparing for theory exams or airline interviews.
- Cabin crew — recurrent safety, CRM, dangerous goods awareness, and emergency-procedure training.
- Instructors & SMS trainers — structured reference material to share with their crews and trainees, with optional multi-seat licences for organisations.
- Dispatchers, ground & safety teams — operations control, SMS, dangerous goods, and air law.
- Aviation students — building the practical operational knowledge that exam revision alone doesn't cover.
How we build it
Every module is structured by working aviation professionals and reviewed by subject-matter experts before publication. Content combines slide-based lessons with question gates, interactive system diagrams (where applicable), SM-2 spaced-repetition flashcards, timed quizzes, and Quick Revision drills — designed for memory retention and real-world application. The whole platform is mobile-friendly so you can study during a layover or commute.
Self-study first. If you want one-on-one mentoring we'll be the first to recommend you find a great instructor; if you want the structure to put in deliberate, daily reps, that's us.
